3 Access Rights

Access Rights:
The access rights to the Scrum content is based
  1. on the access rights at database level (see ACL Settings in the installation documentation)
  2. on the membership at the customer level: The set of member names is passed in reader access fields on all documents of the customer.

Generally speaking: Internal users see all documents for customers they belong to. They can edit all what they can read. External users see all documents of the customer they belong to. They may only create and edit their bugs.

My documents:
On the Scrum homepage you have two sections presenting 'my' documents: 'My projects' or 'My tasks & bugs' show the documents, where the current user is listed in a functional role field (Author, Project Leader, Internal Member, External Member, Responsible, Assigned To). In the current version, these fields are not managed, that is, they have a purely descriptive character with no functional impact.
