Error 500: Unable to load Services.XSP

If you encounter "Error 500 Unable to load Services.xsp" while loading the newsstream, group page or user profiles, please open the application in Domino Designer and select "Project -> Clean.." to clean the myWebGate database.

The application will be recompiled the next time you reload the page in the browser.

This can happen during first-time installation, or whenever you upgrade the design or modify something in the designer.

If the error persists, check which version of the Extension Library you are using. The Services.xsp uses REST functions, which are not available in older versions of the extlib.
